Foldable, stand-mounted acoustic microphone shield.
This unit comes with hardware to attach the unit to a basic floor microphone stand (stand not included) and to hold a basic, normal, typical size microphone clip. If you wish to use a microphone larger than the typical size, you may need to purchase some additional hardware, if your microphone did not come with it. Please see picture #3, the instruction sheet that comes with the product for a full description of the included hardware.
