The design features published their corresponding templates deployed in standard format AutoCAD (DXF, DWG) and its equivalent for Corel Draw (cdr).

Suitable for Laser cutting and CNC machining. Templates optimized for automatic nesting, which allows maximum efficiency in production times and material savings.

Various sizes (scales) for laminates in various thicknesses are included: 3mm, 4.6mm and 6mm. Project indicated to perform in MDF, Plywood, natural wood, plastic (acrylic and polycarbonate). For better user orientation, it is informed in the files labels, the thickness of the most appropriate material, in metric system of measures.

Cutting templates that are included contemplate three alternative size, materials for 3 different thicknesses, the most popular fibrofacil (MDF) 3mm, but can also choose to 4.6mm and 6mm. Said minor size has a maximum height of 67cm, width of 60 and 67cm long. To better description of the item, the interior width is 21cm baskets. For example, at the other end, if done in a 6mm material, these dimensions are doubled.

Total 236 jointed pieces, including the pivot cotter axes for all 15 baskets. It requires central axis. It includes assembly instructions.

Delivered with two versión of cutting templates sets, suitables for Laser cutting and CNC routing, within a machining area from 600 x 500 mm and larger.
