Wyndham Cypress Palms offers the convenience of a popular Kissimmee location that’s close to Walt Disney World®, Universal Studios® Florida, and SeaWorld® — with the cozy, warm atmosphere that provides a welcome haven at the end of each fun-filled day. Please note: The resort will undergo renovations in three buildings Sept. 1 - Nov. 30, 2014. The contractors will be on site from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. During this time you may see workers making repairs inside the units, and there may be a high level of noise. For guest safety, the area around the affected buildings will be closed, and parking may be limited in some areas. Dates are subject to change. Helpful Hints:

| All travelers are required to have a guest certificate in their name. The seller will issue this based on the ebay user information supplied from ebay. This should be your legal name matching your government issued id. This fee is included in your winning bid. If your information is not correct with ebay or you are sending an alternate traveler you must notify the seller prior to placing your bid. Seller must have the name no late than 20 days from travel. The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and agree to accept service of process outside the state of Virginia in any matter to be submitted to any such court pursuant hereto, and expressly waive all rights to trial by jury regarding any such matter.
