This listing is for one (1) Vintage Bogen Challenger C-10 Public Address Amplifier. We have five (5) units available. These came from some kind of military PA rack and are believed to have been modified for Low Z Input.
Modifications include disconnection of the Aux input and replacement of the Mic input with terminal strip. Transformers have been inserted into the input path - some have one, some have two. We measured a couple and saw just under 20 Ohms DCR on two of the single transformer units, just under 10 Ohms and 20 Ohms on one of the two transformer units.
A couple of units have the Treble knob snapped off, though part of the shaft remains. Untested, beyond what's described in the listing text and sold as-is, officially "for parts or not working" though they may work fine, may be shot or may be repairable - we just don't know! Buyer will receive one unit, selected at random.
These are the only ones like this on the market - don't let them get away!
