Vintage Albert Elovitz Instrument Case Luggage Tag

This tag was used by Steve Walker, originally from Ohio and played bass for Hot Rod (Rod Cave) and The Blue De Villes (2 releases; Built For Speed and Paradise both released in the early 2000's)

The tag is in good condition with some bending in the center and yellowing (I think the material used in manufacturing is possibly silicone rubber but I cannot be certain).  The tag is 4 1/2 inches x 2 1/4 inches wide and has a rubber loop strap (Please carefully view the photos).
