----------------------------------------ABOUT OUR DECALS----------------------------------------

Our novelty decals are cut from High Grade Automotive/Sign Vinyl. 
They are UV Resistant and have a permanent adhesive.  Rated to last
anywhere from 6 to 8 years with the exception of Fluorescent Yellow*
and Fluorescent Orange* (See Below).  Our decals will stick to most
smooth surfaces.  These are cad cut/ die cut style decals.  There is
no background.  The surface you place these decals on becomes
the background color.

We will send you general instructions for installing your decal.  We
are NOT responsible for bubbles, wrinkles, or torn decals once
installed.

WE SHIP ALL DECALS FREE OF CHARGE USING THE UNITED STATES
POSTAL SERVICE ALL DECALS ARE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS WITH THE
EXCEPTION OF LARGE DECALS THAT MAY REQUIRE ROLLING AND
NEEDING TO BE SHIPPED IN A TUBE OR BOX AT WHICH POINT
THOSE WILL BE SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL

The color in the swatch photograph does not represent the actual
color.  Everyone's monitors are different so the color's appearance 
will vary from monitor to monitor.  The colors are named as the
manufacture has listed them or as best describes the color.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING AN "IN MEMORY OF" DECAL PLEASE PROVIDE

THE PERSONS NAME, BIRTH DATE, AND DATE OF PASSING

YOUR DECAL WILL BE MADE USING THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

PLEASE BE SURE THE SPELLING AND DATES ARE CORRECT,

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU PROVIDE INCORRECT INFORMATION

We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY EXCHANGES on items that 
are an error on the buyers part such as wrong size or wrong color
purchased.  The buyer MUST pay to ship the item back to us.  Once
we receive the item, we will check it over to make sure that we have
received it in a new/unused condition.  We will then make a custom
order for the buyer to purchase the shipping to have the new item
shipped back to them.  Should the buyer decide that they don't want
it, they will be changed a restocking fee for item(s).  A fee of 20%
will come out of the refund they receive.

In the event that you receive your decal in a damaged condition
due to poor handling by the postal service, please contact us
immediately.  We do require that a photo of the decal and package
be sent to us so that we can verify the damage. We will then replace
the decal free of charge.  Your replacement decal will be exactly what
you originally ordered.  Request for size or color change will be
denied.  We may ask that the item be returned to us at no cost
to you so that we can file a claim with the post office.

If an error is found to be our fault, please contact us immediately so
that we can get the problem fixed.  We will pay to have the item
shipped back to us and pay to have the correct item shipped to you.

MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
