JUNE 2019. Please note new stock has been increased in price by two-and-a half times (!!!) from the previous price ... Nothing I can do about it.

Listed here is one of the two types of 6 volt “standard” light bulbs for indicators (LLB317) and combo brake/tail lights (LLB384).   THIS LISTING IS THE 21 WATT INDICATOR ONE OR LLB317.

(note there is a dedicated item for the little peanut-glass/normal-base 5 watt specialised park-only 6 volt bulbs called LLB205).  also see 244 and 244a and 4115 10w,15w,8w

(note there is a dedicated item for the strange single filament bulb that is 18watt, (sometimes 21watt), it looks the same as the normal indicator bulb, but has two contacts underneath and no side-body-earth-connection,  called LLB319)

These 6 volt ones are similar to the ubiquitous 12v 21watt and 12v 21/5 watt bulbs used extensively before 1985.

These 6v ones have the same set of side-pins and filaments as the 12 volt ones.   The 21 watt indicator one has the 2 uniform pins & 1 filament….. and the 21/5w brake/park one has the staggered pins and 2 filaments

The listing is for one LLB317, order more by changing the quantity in the small quantity box... If you’re doing a mixed order and ordering the other type too, then the ebay system is to “ask for a total” before paying… or you will end up paying more fees on postage. (apparently this facility is not available on their useless mobile app)

The post is unfortunately a parcel as the bulbs will not survive a jiffy bag... anyway, they are too wide for a jiffy bag.

To look for items in my shop, the easiest way is to save any one of MY 1400 items in your watchlist... Then,  whenever you want to peruse my 1400 items... simply click on the hyperlink called “visit store” at the top right of this item.  That will take you to a page with my 35 store categories... which will allow you to narrow down what you’re after.

Plodding through the Ebay mire of the general search box... or the “see other items” hyperlink  is simply the way to insanity.

If you’re using Ebay’s useless mobile app, I’m sorry... I have no idea how you will find them… this app is a real shocker/compromise in quality and half the stuff is missing. Go to your PC is my advice.

SHOP-category examples “ALTERNATORS” or  "BRAKE"   or   “badges” or "TRAFFICATOR parts"   or "LIGHTS"   or   "AXLES"   or   "COOLING"  or “SWITCHES” etc etc

QUICK NOTE RE PRICE AND AN EBAY RIPOFF

one of the reasons for the high price (apart from light bulbs being 35% loaded by high-cubic-volume boxes in air freight) is an Ebay scam. Ebay charges fees of 15% on postage. This is a complete scam as postage should be fee-free. With small items like this it essentially doubles or triples the fee to almost 50%.  Example. A $6 light bulb has a postage of $13. The 15% fee for the bulb is $1. The 15% scam-fee for the postage is $2. So, in essence, the $6 bulb has a $3 fee. You can see what this does to low-priced items.  Ebay has a dozen little scam-tricks like this, all carefully hidden.  This scam is defrayed somewhat by people buying multiple bulbs... as the postage is only once, however, single purchases make up at least half the sales and they do have to be allowed for.
