Shipping Information:
Most orders are built to order and will ship same day or within 1-5 business days from the time payment is received.
Shipments are made Monday through Friday during business hours. If you purchase on a Friday, it may not ship until the following Monday.
Most orders with standard FedEx Ground shipping are free within the US 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.
Express shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Please contact us for a shipment quote to your location.
For international shipments, orders may be subject to additional taxes, charges & fees. Buyer responsible.
Tracking numbers available as quickly as possible once an order has processed and shipped.
Return Policy:

Please contact us immediately if there are any errors with the product.
Returns and refunds accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for undamaged, unused and uninstalled items in the original packaging. Refunds for uninstalled items only.
Most items come with a 12 month warranty and may be returned if defective. We are not responsible for installation mistakes.
Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a replacement or repair will be issued to the customer.
Items returned damaged(not deemed defective), altered, or missing original parts are not subject to a refund and/or a claim may be filed via ebay.
Buyer is subject to shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
Cancellations must be approved prior to shipping. Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
Core Deposits:
We may offer a buy back service for rebuildable cores.
Payment is process within 7 days upon receipt and inspection of the core (the old auto-part).
The core must be salvageable and in rebuildable condition to receive payment.
Buyer is responsible for the shipment of the core within 30 days.
Important Additional Info:
*Some custom built turbo may cause ECU codes and require additional tuning modifications for complete performance. Turbo Time USA is not responsible for additional tuning needs, accessories, or expenses acquired by using these items.
*Most sales are for the turbo only. Additional parts: pedestals/gaskets/fittings/etc are not included unless specified.
*Items that are tampered with and/or taken apart without consulting with us beforehand are not subject to refunds and warranties may be voided. Thank you
