- Parts are used and may not be up to factory specs.
- It is the buyer responsibility to verify the part is correctly installed and is in usable condition.
- R&R Cycle or any of its employees are not liable for any damages to persons or property (INCLUDING DEATH) for parts that are installed incorrectly or parts that may be faulty when sold.
PAYMENT POLICY - Payment must be received within four days of auction end date
- If payment can not be made please contact us so other arrangements can be made
- If payment is not made within 7 days and unpaid item case will be opened through eBay

- We only ship to verified eBay address on file. Please don't ask to change address
- Most items ship within 24 hours by 3 day priority mail

- 30 day return policy on all items
- All items are marked and a refund will be given once item has been received and has been verified it was the part we sold and is in the same condition
- Buyer pays shipping costs both ways
