We are happy to exchange the product for a different size, colour or product within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. We will request an additional postage cost to send out your exchange and this will be the same amount as the original postage amount charged, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
If you want cancel order then email us via Ebay and if item has not been posted then we will refund you.
Once you receive your order if any of the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please returns with invoice copy and post the item back to us in case you wish to receive a full refund. You have 14 days from receipt of a faulty / incorrect item to do this. We advise you to use a tracking delivery service. We will refund you the cost of this; you must however send your postage receipt inside the package as proof of cost so we can refund you.
