Marker Colors Info: The photos of the marker colors are representational. Please don't use the photo colors to determine what marker color you need, except for maybe a general range. Your computer display may show very different color shades than the actual marker. My photos will not be accurate in their exact color representation on various computer screens. Therefore, please be aware that if a color is stated, it marker will be that color, according to what it is supposed to be from the manufacturer, not what it might appear as on your screen.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
As per eBay policy, any taxes, fees, duties, or tariffs charged upon entry into buyer's country are the buyer's responsibility. These additional charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price of the item. It is Buyer's responsibility to be aware of, and pay for, such additional fees. I am not willing to mark international shipments as gifts, as this is a violation of law. Do not ask.

RETURNS, RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) & REFUNDS:
Returns accepted, 30 days, unopened and unused. Please see more info in my "Return Details" section and/or contact me with questions.
PAYMENTS:
PayPal preferred. "RMA" number is required for all returns. Buyer pays for return shipping plus a 15-20% restock fee (item dependent). Most items are returnable and returns are accepted for up to 30 days when in the same condition as when shipped to you. Please read my returns section for instructions on how to return items and what items are not returnable.
SHIPPING:
No shipping is conducted on US holidays or Sundays. Expect shipping delays during holiday seasons. Please consider holiday mail delays when you purchase an item at holiday times, as those delays are beyond my control.
Combined shipping is usually available as the least expensive method when all items are shipped to the same address, However, *combined shipping* to Alaska or Hawaii is not always the least expensive method; please contact me, before paying, when purchasing items to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, whether listed as FREE shipping or not, so I can be sure arrange for the best shipping rate to benefit both buyer and seller.
I ship only to the address on file for your account. For combined shipping, please, BEFORE you make any payment, request a revised total. There is an option at the top right of the *cart* page that allows you to request a revised total from the seller. When you send that request you are committing to buy. I will reply with a revised total due, including the combined shipping for the order. I CANNOT combine shipping costs after you pay.
RECYCLING:I carefully and securely package all items, and I often recycle shipping materials. I care about our planet and want to do my part by recycling as much as is reasonable for me. It is possible your item could arrive utilizing suitable, previously used, shipping and packing material. Thank you for recycling.

I am not an authorized dealer for any company, and do not offer warranty service for the items I sell. Please do not ask or expect me to cover warranty issues. The condition of each item I list is clearly detailed.
