This is a Necklace and Earring Set and has a Kawaii Spider-man hanging from each detailed and pretty neat, selling as collectible only.

This is Marked Marvel Comics on the original box, these are nice, but not high quality

This one is in great shape and is new old stock, this is nice, near mint, mint.

These are for collectors and should not be Given TO SMALL Children under any circumstances, as they have small parts and presents a choking hazard.

The Spider-Man charm itself is about .. .75" inches high and the earring is about 2" as its dangling. Haven't measure the chain, as its still attached to the box, but looks like a thin gauge, most of these are about 22"inches though.

I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items, wear them at your own discretion. .
