I provide the reproduction disc sized as per the original and printed on high quality photo paper using fade resistant ink. I also supply an extra print of the disc as a spare.

Should the discs fade in prolonged sunlight or be damaged by water etc, I will provide a replacement free of charge.

I can do any personal touches you might require such a change of colour or serial number.

Please note that the disc does not have actual perforations, just cut around those printed around the edge. Also, the reverse of the disc is blank.
