Complete in two volumes.

An interesting look at the options available as to a choice of profession in the mid 19th century, including the military and the clergy.


CONDITION

In original cloth bindings. Externally, a touch rubbed. Bumping to extremities. Marks to boards. Sunning to spines. Ink inscriptions to pastedowns and endpapers. Joints starting but still reasonably firm. Internally, firmly bound.Pages bright though slightly cockled with spotting throughout. Neat ink annotations throughout both volumes.
