Description

I have for sale a lovely Edwardian Oak biscuit barrel with silver plated accents. The barrel contains its original ceramic liner which is in excellent order. The oak has split in 2 places, but is in a straight line and doesn't look too bad. The silver plate is made by Walker and Hall, and dates to 1907. All the plated metal is in good order, there is just a tiny dent to the rim, and it needs a polish. It is in good condition for its age and measures 17cm in height to the knob on the lid and 15cm in diameter to the outside of the frill.
