Larger items within the UK are sent via courier, with smaller items being sent by Royal Mail first class (1-2 days). International orders are sent standard airmail or if requested tracked delivery - smaller items by Royal Mail..

Returns Policy

Items which are unwanted, incorrect or otherwise faulty may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in the original condition with all the tags and packaging included. We are not able to provide return labels, customers are responsible for posting back items for return or exchange. We will refund return postage costs in cases where the return is due to a fault on our part (for example an incorrect item is recieved).

For cases where the fault has not been on our part (for example you have ordered the wrong size) return postage costs are not refunded. Further to this, a fee of £2.99 for UK customers and £6.99 for international customers will be due before new items can be despatched. This covers standard Royal Mail shipping.
