This is for cotton fabric collar that has 4 layers of fabric and 4 layers of interfacing to make it strong. These are made for small dogs and it is up to you to be responsible for using this. Please check for any stretching and wear on these when using. Can be hand washed. We use the best hardware which includes side release buckles.
