Everything we sell is properly tested before it ships.

If you wish to return a product without a replacement we will refund for product only as long as the product is in the same condition as when it shipped with all of our markings, and has not been mishandled or mistreated. Honest mistakes do happen and we will refund you for the product if it is returned in good working order. 

If the mistake is ours DO NOT FILE A CLAIM before discussing with us first. We are more than fair as you can see from our feedback scores and will do whatever we can to correct the situation to your satisfaction.
