'Garment Printing' is an online wholesaler carrying out the sale of uniforms, workwear and promotional items, covering over 20 brands and well over 500 different items. All items sold are new stock as provided to us by our suppliers. Clothing stock is inclined to ordinary wear and tear and this does not warrant it as a flawed item, we will just warrant things that have been received defective on arrival.

Return or Exchange must be sent within 7 days of receiving.

The descriptions, pictures, sizes and any other product guides on our website are as provided by our suppliers/manufacturers.

As for size and colour, 5% variation is possible, as often products are manufactured in separate batches. These variations are accepted by the Industry and cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or exchange of any of our products.

Returns or exchanges are valid only on items with defective or faulty manufacturing faults. $20 restocking fee will be charged on every return from supplier, customer have to pay via PayPal for these charges.

No refunds or exchanges can be made for incorrect choice of products, colour, sizes, or just a change of mind. Return items must not been worn, washed, should be in a original condition.

Please include photos of the faulty product and as much information as possible for feedback to our supplier. Once this is received, we will endeavour to come back to you within 3 business days of the receipt of your email.

Order cancellation will incur a handling fee of $10.
