Coggs' Circus incredibly strong and well designed 16' rig! This rig is a beast, but it is super easy to assemble. Height can be adjusted to 9', 13,' and 16' with double bolted variance for uneven land. It's a fantastic strong design for a variety of situations...
The base price for our free-standing rig includes the following:
16 x 5' 2" thick aluminum legs with steel inserts (3 steel inserts per leg).
1 steel beam at top with four short legs that insert into the aluminum legs. Three welded steel tabs on the top bar.
Coated for outdoor use.
Includes all hardware for easy assembly.
The footprint of the rig is approximately 16' x 20'
Add a pulley system (see photos)! If you plan on changing out gear we highly recommend our pulley system-- otherwise you will have to use a ladder. If you plan on just using one piece of gear (ie. silks) then it isn't necessary. We also recommend it for anyone who wants to leave the rig standing, but take gear inside. Please see variations to add a pulley system. Comes with 3 carabiners, 2 single pulleys, 1 double pulley, 75' rope, a cleat for tying off, and bolts. Cleat to be added by costumer to appropriate height.
We also have feet and durable 2" wide safety straps available for indoor use. The feet come with a D-ring to click to the straps so the legs won't splay on smooth surfaces such as wood. For outdoor use the feet and straps are not necessary as the rig legs will sink nicely into the ground. Please see variations options to add feet and straps. If add-ons are bought with a rig there is no extra shipping fee for the pulley system or feet and straps.
NOTE: Shipping is by freight. We have added the $300 for freight shipping into the total cost.
It will arrive at your house neatly bound to a pallet. The rigs are also available for local pick up to eliminate shipping costs (based in Dayton, TN).
Please be aware that fabrication time is only an approximation and depends on availability of metal.
