- Profiles can be easily cut (up to 100 mm per side) by means of a hacksaw, in order to adjust them to any shower tray
- Extendable panels: e.g. their width can vary from 230mm, when closed, to 700mm when wide open
- Sliding system preventing dirt accumulation within the rails and water from spilling out
- Standard colours such as Grey, Ivory, Yellow, Red and Black are included in the price. For Premium colours such as Stippled, Marble and Chrome colours, instead, there is a 25% increase in the base price. (The colour refers only to the structure and not to the transparent parts of the panels)
- Reversible panels: they can be fitted on the left or on the right hand side (it is not necessary to communicate the desired assembly direction)
- Shower Tray not included

RIGHT TO EXERCISE THE RETURN ACCORDING TO D.LGS. 206/05
The customer has the right to return the item, without any penalty or reason to be given, within 14 business days starting from the delivery (it will be considered the delivery date on the consignment note of the courier ).The right to return the item may be exercised by sending a written communication within the given deadline, and by sending back the entire item at following address: Palumbo S.r.l. - Largo Stazione 12 - 73050 Seclì (LE).
By returning the item, the customer has to pay for the return shipping, and all the items listed in the invoice have to be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, that is completely new and not used, provided with their original packaging
We do not include in our return policy the return of personalised items, which have been produced with specific colours or customised sizes.
By returning the item, Palumbo S.r.l. will proceed to refund the customer, when we receive the item back. We will adjust the refund for the delivery charges that we sustained and do the refund within 30 days from the arrival of your communication, by acting in following ways: item exchange, wire transfer, cancellation of the payment transaction of your credit card.
We ask you to do the return shipment with an insurance for the item.
Pay attention: if the right to return the item is not given, the collection of the item from our headquarters will rely on the customer.
SUPPLIER’S ANNULMENT
If Palumbo S.r.l. has difficulties in handling the received order because of a temporary unavailability of the ordered item, we may annul the sales agreement within 30 days from the order date, by giving the customer detailed reasons, according to Art. 54, comma 2 D. Lgs. 206/05. In that case, the customer has the right to be refunded for the possibly already paid amount of moneyReturn address:

PAYMENT METHODS
- PayPal - Immediate payment. Important: the given address in the PayPal transaction has to be the same as the given address at the moment of the order.
- Credit Card - The transactions are directly carried out by the PayPal website .
- Wire Transfer - The order will be handled, when we receive the credit entry of your wire transfer. The information, needed for the wire transfer, is written on our website, and will be conveyed in the order confirmation page and by the order confirmation e-mail sent to the customer. In the reason for payment of your wire transfer, you have to write the order number and the name and surname, of who placed the order. If some of this information is missing in the reason for payment, there may be some delays in the handling of your order.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES
The delivery of all items are made at the curb line.The shipment of our items is covered by an insurance, and in order to use this insurance we ask you to follow the rules and report us what happened within and not more than 3 calendar days from the delivery.
- If the package is damaged: sign with specific goods unchecked and send us pictures of the damaged parts, should you find any damage.
For example: goods visibly damaged; goods with holes; unpacked goods; wet goods; Etc. - If the package is externally intact: take always a picture of the package, and of the damaged parts if there should be .
BUYER’S GUIDE
- Buy the chosen item by clicking on “Buy it now”, and go on by choosing the payment method.
- Your order will be dispatched, when we receive the credit entry of your payment.
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking ID of your shipment, in order to have real-time information about the delivery status . - The delivery will be at the curb line. When you receive the item, please pay attention and look after possible damages (Go to the delivery chapter).
