We aim to dispatched orders the same day if ordered before 12:00.

You will receive an email from eBay once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where applicable.

Small UK deliveries are usually sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked unless a faster service is selected.

Larger UK items or international orders will be sent by a courier such as DHL Parcel or TNT.

There is also the option to select and pay for UK 1st Class and Express Delivery.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

If your order does not arrive within our stated delivery times, please message us via ebay so we can follow this up with our delivery partners.

In rare unforeseen circumstances where there is a delay to your shipment, we will try to inform you in time but we hold no liability towards any direct or indirect loss that may occur.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days after the day you receive the item.

The items need to be returned in their original packaging, unused and with proof of purchase (e.g. your ebay order email).

On receipt of the items, we will refund the complete amount you paid.

We will usually refund you within 14 days from receipt by us of your returned goods, using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods.

Please note:

All returned items must be in unused condition.

Bespoke items (e.g. items made specifically to your order such as cut cable) can only be returned for a refund if faulty.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
