    This item is brand new and in perfect condition. Please examine it carefully as soon as you receive it. Should you detect any damage, please report it to us immediately. And retain ALL shipping materials, including the mailing envelope or shipping box the item came in, inside box, pouches, bubble wraps, packing materials, original shipping label to you, packing list, etc.  Return the item to us with all that came with it. Photos of the damage would be helpful. These shipping items are necessary for filing a claim and to issue your refund.
