Shipping
-Items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days upon payment. Please allow 1-6 business days for delivery depending on area.
-We only ship within the Continental U.S. States.
-No International, HI/AK, PR, PO Box and APO/FPO and some unique locations shipping
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of you receiving your item(s). All returned item(s) must have original packaging, hardware, and non-assembled or modified in anyway.
-In the event you do not like or no longer wish to keep your order, a restocking 20% fee will be applicable to most items returned. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
-In the rare case that your item(s) unfortunately arrive damaged, a complete replacement or replacement parts are offered at no charge. However, should you choose not to pursue replacements the damaged or defective products can be returned for a refund.
*Note: All damages/defects must be reported within 5 days upon receiving the item(s) and must provide pictures.
