Original Vintage 1930s Gold-Plated Fountain Pen Nib, Excellent Quality

These nibs came to us as part of an old repair shop hoard, all pre-WW2. They are very well made and at first glance can easily be mistaken for 14K gold. The plating is good and thick, not just a thin wash, and the points have real welded-on tipping of the same sort used for gold nibs.

Overall length runs from 1.01 to 1.085 inches; width at the heel is 0.20 inches, width at the widest point is a bit over 0.25 inches; will fit neatly onto a feed of 13/64 (.203) inch diameter (5.16mm). First photo shows them on a 5mm grid. This listing is for just one (1) nib, but we have a good quantity and you are welcome to buy more than one. Tip sizes run from fine to medium -- please specify any preference when ordering.

Payment

We are glad to combine shipping charges on multiple purchases, but it is vital that the proper checkout method be used. When buying more than one item, use the Add to Cart button -- NOT the Buy It Now button. View your cart when you are ready to complete the purchase, and if the total shipping charge is incorrect, do NOT pay. Instead, click the Request Total link at the top right and we will send you a corrected invoice.

Terms of Sale

We strongly believe in full and explicit description of any condition problems or flaws, and in very conservative grading. We stand behind our descriptions -- buy with confidence.
