Used by gas safe registered engineers, this report pad is a gas safety form that allows gas engineers working in catering establishments to record findings in order to conform with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
This pad is in two parts, the first part covering the catering environment. The second part for appliances installed in that location.
