Owl Willum by Royal Doulton was introduced in 1949 and retired in 1973. Bone China, Made in England. Desgined by Leslie Harradine. This is a great find for any Royal Doulton collector!!!!!!!!!!!!
The figurine is a bearded tramp style figure seated on stones holding a mug with a handkerchief knapsack. The colors are vibrant and it is in MINT condition (no cracks, chips, hairline, repairs, etc.)
