Payment:

·         We accept PayPal and Direct Deposit. 

·         Payments must be made within 7 days of item being purchased/auction ending.  If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to file a non-payment with eBay.  Please don’t bid or buy now if you do not intend on following through with your purchase. 

• We reserve the right to retract bids from any bidder with a history of negative feedback/non-payment.  Please respect the integrity of eBay, only bid if you intend to follow through with your purchase

Shipping:

·         We will combine postage so when you have finished purchasing, “request total from us” at checkout and we will send you an invoice via eBay with the total item cost plus one shipping charge.  Please do not pay for each item individually when purchasing more than one as you will end up paying a postage cost on each item. And a refund processing fee  will be applied accordingly

·         Items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment being received and/or cleared unless you are advised otherwise.(REFER TO LISTINGS HANDLING TIME)

·         Please be aware that delivery of items will vary upon where you live.  We are based in Melbourne so please allow up to 7 days for your item if living interstate.   

·         If paying by PayPal, all items will be shipped to your PayPal shipping address.  It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct and we will not be liable for any lost items as a result of an incorrect address. 

Insurance:

·         When finalising payment, you have the option of selecting insurance on your item and we highly recommended this.  We will not assume liability for loss or damage during shipment if you decline insurance.

Warranty:

·         All new items have a 12 month warranty, ensuring that you, the vehicle or equipment’s owner, and your professional installer have properly fitted, fused, wired and/or relayed the accessories as per manufacturer’s instructions. 

International buyers:

·         Postage on items is only Australia wide.  If you are purchasing from overseas, please contact us to arrange postage cost.

·         Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

·         Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Return Policy:

All sales are final unless the item is defective upon delivery.  Please inspect the item upon receipt as no claims will be honoured after 7 days of delivery.  Shipping fees are not refundable and all postage costs of returning an item are the responsibility of the buyer.  All products being returned must be in original condition.
