This 1898 Mineral Survey shows the Shoshone Lode in Boulder County, Colorado from the Grand Island Mining District.  This survey was completed September 22nd, 1898 by C.A. Russell, U.S. Deputy Mineral Surveyor. The claim is documented to belong to M.D. Hinman; it was signed by the U.S. Surveyor's General Office in Denver, Colorado on Oct. 14th, 1898.

Measurement: 17.25 x 12 (w x h) inches.
Condition: Fair. Some ripped edges, holes in paper, and water damage.
