It is developed by Ukrainian engineer UR3LMZ especially for Ham radio.
This board has additionally separate RX/TX outputs of your base 28 Mhz radio and special ordered F1 filter with bandwidth 10 mhz so the transverter would work fine within 10 mhz range at 430 to 438 mhz
With this transverter you can operate on the 432 mhz band using any type of the HF radio at 28 mhz.
This item very nice working with SDR and FLEX radios with a spectrum Waterfall.
Complete with tested and adjusted in laboratory the transverted board has the english description which contains the circuit of the transverter and the circuit of the simple attenuator board.

To get the transverter worked you have to do some soldering works with a cables, wires and connectors. Probably some instruments would be required. Does not include the interface module, heatsink, power and RF connectors, wires or cables.
