There is a white knit leotard ( sleeve length may vary) with closure in the back. The short skirt is a circle made of red, white and blue stripes that glow in the dark with red trim at the hem of the skirt. The closure is 2 snaps and can go in the front or back. Also included is shaggie red scarf. Designed and created by Shirley Marie in a smoke and pet free environment.
