I use trackable Australia Post/EBay satchels, so both the buyer & seller can see where the item is in the system – if you want a signature at delivery or Express in addition to the usual tracking, the options are in Postage & Payments (extra charge).  My Returns policy is listed under "Postage & Payments". You must let me know within seven days of delivery if you want to return the purchase because it is not as described or is damaged.

If you are buying from the mainland (the large island to the north of Tasmania) - please be aware that you should add a day or two to Australia Post's estimations of delivery time.
