Shipping
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All
orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. We reserve the
right to ask for a signature confirmation upon delivery.
Returns
Each product is fully guaranteed by the
manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The
manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective
parts, subject to the conditions set by the manufacturer.
Returning an item
H and B
Digital offers an exclusive 30 days exchange / refund policy if an
item is still in new & unused condition. All returns require a
Return Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain by
email.
Please note: An RMA
number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject
to inspection.All exchanged or returned merchandise must be
in Original Factory Condition, including all
packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled
out), and accessories.
Please do not tape or write anything on the
item or packaging. We will charge you for replacement of damaged,
altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or
cartons.
We reserve the right to refuse any such
returns. If the item is not in the Original Factory Condition, we will
not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer
supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and
tear to the unit or packaging.
The serial number of your return must match
the serial number that was shipped to you.
Serial numbers that do not match will not be
allowed for return. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Damaged/missing items upon
arrival
If an item is defective, damaged or missing items
upon arrival, please keep the original shipping carton
andcontact us within 10 business days of the
items arrival so that we can issue a damage claim with the carrier and
in order to exchange this item or to receive a full refund for this
item.
All software and video game sales are final,
if defective, call within 10 business days of the items arrival and it
can be exchanged for the same title.
Items that cannot be
returned
Underwater photography merchandise cannot be
returned once it is used in waterAll software and video game sales are
final, if defective, call within 10 days of arrival and the item will
be changed for the same title.
International
International shipments are
subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a
shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage
fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier.
These charges must be borne by the recipient. H and B
Digital has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they
might be.
