Each set contains 4 coordinating colors of Pigment Powders. You can use wet or dry. Stamp with Perfect Medium ink pad (included) and brush on Perfect Pearls for a spectacular look! Mix with watercolors, inks, acrylic paints, Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel, embossing powders and other mediums for radiant results!
