Limoges plate. The plate is decorated with hand painted black eyed susans. It is signed on the back by the artists and marked with Haviland's mark #12 which dates the plate from 1893-1930 (Mary Frank Gaston's "Collectors Encyclopedia Of Limoges" pg 189). There is one tiny spot where the paint is gone on one of the flowers, otherwise great condition with no chips cracks or repairs.
