PRO SPACER | wheel spacers
In order to put the finishing touches to the look and performance of your vehicle, our team of engineers has developed the eibach Pro-Spacer. Give your vehicle a wider, more stable track - quickly and easily.
Wheel spacers are the ideal complement to the Pro Kit or to sportslineif the standard or accessory wheel lacks that final visual “kick”. With the right eibach Pro-Spacer, your vehicle gets an even sportier look, because this is how the wheels and tires really fill the wheelhouses.
The exact coordination of the track width not only improves the look of your vehicle, but also the handling and the tendency to roll are optimized.
Pro-Spacers are available in a wide variety of designs from 5 to 30 mm, so that you can position your wheels exactly where you can get the best performance and the best look, depending on how you drive. With many standard rims in particular, installing the right Pro-Spacer improves the look and performance of the existing wheels and tires.
You achieve an optimal look and improved handling when the outer edges of the wheels are flush with the wheel arches. Simply determine the correct dimensions using our checklist and then order your suitable Pro-Spacer.

Notes on wheel spacers | |
AS - General information Pro-Spacer | The requirements of the vehicle-specific reports must be observed. The reports are on our website www. eibach .com visible. |
General information on wheel spacers: Our wheel spacers are developed taking the standard rims into account. When using accessory and special rims, especially on vehicles with stud bolts / nut fastenings, it must be checked whether the corresponding requirements are available on the rim (e.g. recesses to accommodate the original bolts). In the case of modifications and special accessories (also applies to standard accessories!) Such as the installation of a special brake system, central wheel lock, sports suspension, LPG system, etc. our products may not be able to be used. Furthermore, we would like to point out that the larger the rim dimension, the more sensitive the steering reacts when installing spacers in relation to vibrations that can arise, for example, from imprecisely balanced wheels.
§ 21 acceptance - Spacers that are not named in the parts certificate of a vehicle type, but can still be installed on this vehicle, must be entered in the vehicle documents by individual approval, taking into account the vehicle strength (offset limit according to the 2% or 4% rule or proof of a separate vehicle strength). For this purpose, the parts certificate of another vehicle type can be used if the corresponding spacers are named in this certificate. Before buying, the desired acceptance should be discussed with a suitable test center in order to clarify the registration requirements and costs.
Spacers should only be fitted by hand. - The use of an electric or pneumatic screwing tool should be avoided, as this can lead to a less than optimal fit of the spacer on the centering and thus to undesirable vibrations when driving.
The use of steel rims is generally excluded for reports that were created after March 2011, unless otherwise noted in the report!
Centering and assembly aids available on the wheel connection surfaces (retaining screws, brackets and rings of the brake disks or drums) must be removed.
S1 | When using the spacer, make sure that the rims, when using the 15mm spacer, are at least 14mm deep and Have cast pockets / recesses, with the 20mm spacer, at least 9mm! (At least 4mm when using the 25mm spacer!). If this is not the case, the original wheel bolts in the wheel carrier must be exchanged for shorter bolts (system 5, 6). Otherwise the spacers cannot be used. |
S2 | Except for model R5 (Tdi) - due to LK 5/120 |
S3 | Can only be used on the front axle! |
S4 | For vehicles with (accessory) rims without cast pockets or Recesses to accommodate the wheel bolts. |
S5 | Can be used for vehicles with a centering up to 17.5mm height. |
S6 | Can only be used on the rear axle! |
S9 | When using the spacers, make sure that the rims used have suitable pouring pockets / recesses to accommodate the protruding original wheel bolts, since without these recesses, the rims or Use of the spacers is not possible. Please pay particular attention to the protruding length of the original stud. (Example: stud length 25mm - disc width 15mm = 10mm protrusion of the original stud. So the depth of the recess should be at least 11mm. Furthermore, the height / width of the recess must be at least 22mm in order to be able to accommodate the protruding screw-on nut.) Furthermore, it is permitted to shorten protruding wheel bolts accordingly with a saw. ATTENTION: with 15 mm washers, a recess of at least 7 mm depth is always necessary, as the screw-on nuts protrude from the surface of the washer! |
S10 | Usable for vehicles with a centering up to 12.5mm height. |
S11 | The centering of the rim is only possible using the wheel bolts! Therefore, under certain circumstances, the wheels may need to be balanced at the vehicle may be necessary to avoid vibrations that occur. |
S12 | Due to the gradation of the wheel centering, centering of the spacer cannot be guaranteed on some models. |
S13 | On some models, it can only be used on the front axle, as the centering of the rear axle wheel carrier is too long. Usable up to 16mm centering collar height! From production number 161225 -> also for VW UP !, Seat MII, Skoda Citigo rear axle, as the maximum usable centering collar height has been changed to 17mm! (Note the embossing on the spacer!) |
S15 | When using the 3/7 system, the standard wheel bolts can be too long. In this case they have to be exchanged for shorter screws. Please use our checklist to provide the original screw data. |
S16 | Mazda / Nissan / Subaru / Hyundai vehicles have different knurled bolts depending on the model, axle and year of manufacture. Before ordering, please check the knurled diameter of the knurled studs on both axes. Our standard kits contain knurled screws with a knurled diameter of 14.9mm (Subaru 14.3mm). Other knurl diameters must be specified when ordering! |
S17 | Usable for vehicles with a centering up to 16mm height. |
S19 | For vehicles with sliding doors, the feasibility of the 25mm / 30mm track widening must be checked in advance! |
S20 | Not permitted for vehicles with lightweight chassis (Type 6E, Lupo 3L Tdi, Lupo FSI) |
S21 | Possibly. the steering angle is to be limited. |
S22 | In connection with spacer rings, 18 inch wheel-tire combinations are only permitted if they are already standard for the vehicle version are registered. |
S23 | Cannot be installed when using steel rims! |
S24 | On newer models, the centering can be larger than 54.1mm in diameter. In this case, the spacer cannot be used. |
S25 | Cannot be installed on some turbo models due to the changed centering of the front axle. |
S26 | On some models, it can only be used on the front axle, as the grease cap on the rear axle wheel carrier can build up too far. Maximum height of the centering incl. Fat cap: 10mm! Please check before ordering! |
S28 | The original wheel bolts must be exchanged for shorter bolts when using the 3/7 system. order no. for original rims: S4-7-14-50-28-19. - These are included in the scope of delivery! When using accessory rims, please fill out the checklist! |
S30 | The wheel carrier must be dismantled to replace the bolts! |
S32 | Stud bolts do not need to be exchanged when installing the spacer, since the required threads (turns of the screw / nut) meet the requirements of the report. |
S33 | The wheel bolts must be exchanged for the longer wheel bolts supplied to fit the spacers. (This should be done in a specialist workshop, as some vehicles (e.g. new Volvo / Ford / Kia models) require dismantling of the wheel carrier and / or wheel bearing.) |
S34 | The original wheel bolts must be exchanged for shorter bolts when using the 3/7 system. order no. For original rims: S1-1-14-50-30-17 (included in the scope of delivery!) When using accessory rims, check whether the rims can be attached with the associated screws. - Possibly. shorter screws must be ordered. Please use the checklist. |
S35 | The original wheel bolts must be exchanged for shorter bolts when using the 3/7 system. order no. For original rims: S4-1-14-50-28-19 (included in the scope of delivery!) When using accessory rims, check whether the rims can be fixed with the associated screws. - Possibly. shorter screws must be ordered. Please use the checklist. |
S37 | When using the spacers, make sure that the rims used have suitable pouring pockets / recesses to accommodate the protruding original wheel bolts. If this is not the case, the original wheel bolts must be exchanged for the shorter wheel bolts supplied. |
S38 | Usable for vehicles with a centering up to 18mm height. |
S39 | Cannot be used with standard aluminum rims (chrome-plated rims) from model year 2005 |
S40 | Only for models with 3-part centering. |
S41 | Cannot be used in conjunction with US model rims, as these do not have the corresponding cutouts! |
S43 | For year of construction from 20-05-2002 to 25-03-2004, please also order 10 S3-0-12-50-52-143 for the front axle when ordering! |
S44 | For year of construction from 20-05-2002 to 25-03-2004 please also order 10 S3-0-12-50-62-143 for the front axle when ordering! |
S45 | Please note: Since Mercedes uses wheel bolts of different lengths depending on the original rim used, it is essential to check that the shaft of the bolt does not protrude more than 20mm from the rim. - If this is the case, set S90-2-20-007 with correspondingly longer wheel bolts should be used. Or shorter wheel bolts must also be ordered to fasten the rim. In both cases, please use the checklist! |
S46 | This kit contains additional wheel bolts that must be used in place of the original wheel bolts. The rim must not be fastened with the original wheel bolts with this spacer width, as the original wheel bolts are too long and would hit the wheel carrier. |
S47 | The original wheel bolts must be exchanged for shorter bolts or cut to the appropriate length. |
S48 | Also to be used for the front axle from production week 24-2006 (marking 24E06 and following)! (Note the embossing on the spacer!) |

S54 | On some models, it can only be used on the front axle, as the grease cap on the rear axle wheel carrier can build up too far. Maximum height of the centering 13.5 mm! Please check before ordering! |
P.56 | Can only be used from date of manufacture 28E07! (Note the embossing on the spacer!) Earlier manufacture cannot be used with original rims! |
S57 | Since the standard rims of these vehicles are attached with different screw lengths depending on the rim type, it is always necessary to use the Measure the shaft length of the screw used. Please use the checklist! |
S58 | At Citroen or Depending on the rim used, Peugeot vehicles use different screws to attach the rim. Therefore, the checklist should be filled out before ordering! |
S60 | Since the centering diameter of these vehicles can vary in the tenths of a range, the spacers can only be centered using the wheel bolts / nuts. |
S62 | Body work in the inner fender necessary! |
S63 | From batch number 123634 (production March 2008 - note the embossing on the spacer!) Also suitable for the rear axle! |
S66 | Not permitted for vehicles with protruding screw heads on the wheel contact surface, as these must not be dismantled under any circumstances. |
S67 | When using the 20mm System 7 spacers, it must always be checked in advance whether the wheel bolt protrudes less than 20mm over the wheel contact surface. - If this is the case, the wheel bolts must be replaced with suitable shorter bolts. (To do this, insert the screw into the rim and measure the protrusion of the screw. - See also our assembly instructions !!) |
