1971 was the introductory year for Kennedy clad coinage and the first year that the San Francisco Mint produced all proof coins. This coin has a brilliant surface on the obverse and the reverse sides. The fields are highly mirrored which contrasts beautifully with the cameo devises. This is a stunning non-silver coin.
