 A great specialty of our Belgian friends, its use

 with pancakes or waffles will make you "crack" Ingredients: cinnamon, 

anise, coriander, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves 

 Use: 1 teaspoon for 1 liter of dough preparation.
