Orders will take 2-3 business days to be made and ready to ship. Once shipped, shipping times are estimated as follows:

UK: 2-3 working days

Europe: 5-10 working days

The rest of the world: 10+ working days

We use the Royal Mail and orders within the UK are sent in first class post

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you want to return or exchange an item, it must be in an unused condition.

It's the buyers responsibility to cover the return shipping cost, and in the case of an exchange the cost of shipping out the new item. If you are returning an item I will refund the full item price once I receive it but I'm unable to refund shipping fees.
In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged item please contact me and show me some photos of the issue to receive a full refund or replacement.
