KITO offers a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on all products that are used for private household use. In line with most major machinery brands, the use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.

If you've changed your mind or purchased in error you may be entitled to return the product for a partial refund. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item, and it must be returned in original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the following 14 days.
