All sizes and weights are given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the calibrations of different output devices as well as conditions in which the photos were taken, such as lighting.

We have strict quality controls in place to ensure your items are sent un-damaged.

All returns must come back in their original conditions including product labels, wrappings, and packaging. Please contact us before returning the item.

The cost of postage for returned items is the buyer's responsibility. We advise you to return items by recorded delivery or by obtaining a Certificate of Postage from the Post Office or by any other means that shows proof of the return. If your returned items are not received we cannot process the refund unless you can provide this proof of postage.

If the item returned is damaged or faulty upon arrival at our warehouse, we will only be able to offer a partial refund or none at all depending on the damage.  Refunds will only be made once the item arrives and is confirmed to be un-damaged. 

All orders are aimed to be dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays or weekends. Please consider this when estimating the time of arrival for your order. Overseas shipping are sent via International Tracked and Signed service only to avoid lost items and delays.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Major debit/credit cards accepted through eBay payment. Buy it now option requires immediate payment. Auction payments should be made within 3 days from the day of action end. If the item remains unpaid for more than 3 days, a cancellation procedure will be opened.
