All our products come with a 12 month warranty. Should your item be faulty, we will replace it for you at our expense. ANY ELECTRICAL ITEM NOT INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.

Orders received by 3pm (AEST) ship same day (excludes orders with address errors such as not entering suburb name in the "city" box). Orders received after 3pm ship the following business day.

Please ensure this item is compatible with your bike. We will not take responsibility for customers who purchase parts that turn out not to be compatible with their bike.

Be sure to provide us with a complete delivery address and that you are able to receive the delivery or collect from your post office if carded. Shortly after shipping the courier company will email you your tracking number... follow the tracking carefully. If you have not received delivery or a card 7 business days following shipment, please contact the courier immediately. In the event your item is undeliverable and is returned to us we incur considerable charges and as such will have to charge you a $20 fee. If you can not find your shipping confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: before making your purchase, we advise you check with your customs authority as to whether they will be charging you import duty & tax. Any duties & taxes that may be incurred are your responsibility.
