This is a very rare 16-page (including covers) pamphlet from 1972 which presents an analysis of the lyrics to the Don McLean hit song American Pie.
This analysis was obtained from music historian and DJ Norm N. Nite who had just begun his career at WGAR-AM in Cleveland as the overnight DJ. The analysis of lyrics (which was written by Program Director John Lund and his staff at WGAR) is the first I can recall and probably still the most perceptive and in-depth. This pamphlet had very low distribution and is difficult to find today.
Pamphlet is torn in the middle but has been retaped on each page. Front page has some staining and wear as shown in the picture. Inside pages are clean and unmarked except for tape on each page. See images of cover and sample page.
