Please note: Fabrics are often difficult to photograph. I try to photograph in natural light and describe to the best of my ability ~ however ~ due to different settings on computer and device monitors/screens, please allow for color variations. I also try to provide photos with a quarter to show the size of the pattern. Any questions, please ask ~ I'll answer as quickly as I can.

Fabric measurements in my listings are the shortest length side and shortest width side as not all remnants are cut evenly. I will note if there are any unusual cuts.

The fabric may or may not be pre-washed and I cannot guarantee either unless specifically noted in the description.

The fabric will likely have creases and/or wrinkles from being stored/folded and will likely need pressed. It is sold as is.

The fabric comes from a smoke free home ~ however ~ not a pet free home. Pets are not allowed in the craft room ~ but ~ I cannot guarantee that you won't find a stray hair or two. If you're extremely allergic to either cats or dogs, this is probably not a good option. IN ADDITION, I don't know the conditions to which it was exposed prior to my ownership.
