A fine Vintage 22ct Gold Wedding Band Ring, which is stamped with a full British Hallmark confirming that it is made from solid 22ct Gold and that it was assayed in Birmingham in 1936 (please see the detailed close-up photographs provided, which form an integral part of the item's description).
This wonderful Vintage Wedding Ring, which weighs 4.2 grams, is approx' 3.0mm wide and it is sized as a UK Size 'L', which equates to a US Ring Size '5 3/4'. As with almost all vintage rings the band is slightly ovalized i.e
it is not perfectly round and it measures slightly differently on the gauge
depending on how it is positioned, however this will not affect the ring when
worn.
Overall the ring is in superb condition, as shown - the Maker's Mark 'H.A' and the Hallmark are still crisp & clear, which is indicative of just how little wear this ring has had. The ring has just been hand polished by our Goldsmith and comes ready to wear - it really is in wonderful condition.
In summary, this is a fine quality Vintage 22ct Gold Wedding Band dating to 1936 - it is quite simply sublime.
