Postage:

All items paid for before 7pm will be posted on the next business day.

I post Monday-Friday.

Payment:

My preferred method is PayPal, but I will accept postal order and cheque. Please contact me if you will not be paying by PayPal.

Refunds:

I accept refunds up to 14 days after you have received your item. Please contact me before sending your item back.

I will reimburse postage only if the item is faulty.

I would be grateful if you would contact me if there is a problem before leaving negative feedback. I try my hardest to get it right, but if you are unhappy I would like to sort this out and put it right.
