The one on the right seems to be more recent, maybe a reprint from the 1970's ?
On the left, it' a typical printing made between 1950 and 1965.

♦♦♦♦♦ Due to problems using standard shipping, now all the purchases are shipped in registered mail with tracking, signing on delivery and insurance in case of lost.

That's why the shipping cost is higher than usual.

I can accept more economic shipping for low value items, but the buyer runs the risk of lost and assume to not ask for a refund.
