I will accept Returns only IF you have not broken the "Factory Stamped Protection Seal". All my products carry this seal because they are brand new. Once that seal is broken, you have taken a new sealed product and rendered it "used" & not sellable & goes in the trash.
Pictures are taken of each of the item before shipping showing the Factory Stamped Seal unbroken. No Returns/Refunds if you break the seal no matter what. Be sure to check your order when you receive it to be sure that it is what you ordered because I cannot take back any products that you have broken seals on. You can use ShadowSense cream to powder either on your eyes as all day long stay or you can use as eyeling for all day stay. You can also use as highlighter in the corner of your eyes or other places, you can use as cover up, you can use as base on your eyes. This stuff is amazing. I have thrown away or given away all my expensive pallets, because this is all I will ever use. This is all you need. Once you try you will never want a cream only or powder only shadow ever.
I have never used a shadow that lasts this long and goes on so smoothly from cream to powder. I will never use another shadow after using ShadowSense. I think you will agree if you haven't tried it. If you have you know exactly what I am talking about.

**All of my products have the original protection foil (or stickers) on them but, not all SeneCosmetics do! -*shipping, during the hot transits may have cause damage to this delicate protective foil - if pressure is applied to foil (in transit) it will appear as though it’s been opened Or torn. ☝🏼 I assure they are brand new, never used. 😍
**We all have to stay safe! Because of the nature of these products I can not accept Returns! & especially now with this Pandemic! On a rare exception I will, but the Product must be new as when I shipped it when shipped back. Buyer pays ALL shipping costs & I reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Items may not be returned if the seal has been broken / opened or has cosmetic blemishes on the packaging, smell, consistancy or color...etc. Remember, if you order the wrong color by accident, you would have to pay shipping to return it and the shipping to get the correct color (I pay shipping to you but only one time on your purchase.)
