WEBCAM NOT INCLUDED!
The base goes on top of the cam and simply clips in. If you need to keep the cover in place with extra force, use some double sided tape to adhere it on.
The cover fully protects the lens when it is closed but you can still see the "camera ON" LEDs with the cover closed.
