Please note that you will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail. Please check your e-mail account and if necessary your spam folder. Saving on consumables such as paper and ink / toner saves precious environmental resources. In addition, you have no more effort in storing, filing and searching your bill.

Terms of the warranty!

In our offer, we have used car parts taken from car disassembly as well as brand new ones, therefore the terms of warranty are divided into several groups:

1. Used parts disassembled from crashed cars:
start-up warranty for the period of 21 days - this is the time when you can try the purchased part, it includes defect not seen at first glance, the so-called hidden defects.

2. Parts disassembled from brand-new cars:
a 6-month waranty counting from the day of purchase.

3. New parts:
a 12-month warranty counted from the date of purchase.

The complaints regarding new original parts will be considered only on the basis of an opinion made by an authorised service point.

Returns!

To start a return, select the item you want to send back from your recent purchases above, or follow the steps below:

1. Find the item in your Purchase history and select Return this item
2. Select your reason for the return.
If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, you have the option to add up to 10 pictures showing any scratches or defects.
3.Select Send.

Return your item

Once you've started a return, you can check on the status of your request at any time.

What happens after you've started a return
The seller has 8 calendar days to get back to you. You can monitor the progress of your request in your Purchase history.
